All prices subject to change without notice. Prices are FOB Miami, Florida. All orders must be confirmed prior to pickup. All orders are accepted with the understanding that the seller shall not be liable for any default or delay caused by contingency beyond its control of its suppliers. Buyer shall agree to use material in accordance with local laws.
A valid B.A.T.F. license required to purchase fireworks. Buyer shall agree to use material in accordance with local laws. All orders must be faxed or emailed on Firepower Order Form. A 1.5% per month finance charge will be assessed on past due accounts. Customer agrees to pay all costs of collection. Payment is due in full at time of purchase unless terms have been established.
