We will process all necessary permits pertaining to Fireworks:

• Fireworks Permit and hiring of Fire Inspector
• Coast Guard NPRL (when required)
• FAA Notice of Fireworks (when required)
• NOAA Permit (when required)
• Police Staffing (when required)

We pride ourselves on doing everything 100% legally and 100% by the book. 

Firepower Displays has a great reputation with all local Fire Departments, Police Departments, Coast Guard Sectors as well as with FAA and NOAA. 

We provide certificates of insurance with the following limits:

• $5,000,000 General Liability
• $1,000,000 Workers Comp. & Jones Act
• $5,000,000 Automobile Liability

We are a DOT/FMCSA/PHMSA compliant HAZMAT Carrier & Shipper. 

Firepower Displays can legally transport 1.3G Fireworks to and from events.

We will have one of our in house HAZMAT endorsed CDL drivers transport the fireworks to your event's load site.

We use 1.3G (Professional) Display Fireworks for all of our firework displays.

Don't be fooled by a lot of these "professional" fireworks display companies. 

If they do not have a Federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) license, they are NOT using professional grade fireworks. They are using 1.4G "consumer" fireworks. The fireworks you can buy at a local consumer fireworks store, which are available to the general public.

When shopping around for a professional fireworks display company, we strongly recommend you verify everything. Make sure they are in compliance with all State and Federal regulations. Fireworks are very dangerous, and if not used properly (or safely), the outcome can be fatal. 

Even if you don't use our company, make sure the company you do use is able to provide you with these very important (and industry standard) documents. 

• Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms & Explosives (ATF) License 
• DOT/FMCSA/PHMSA Registration & HAZMAT Safety Permit
• General Liability & Workers Comp. Insurance Certificates ($1M or greater)
• Proof of all necessary permits (Fire Department, Coast Guard, NOAA, FAA, etc.)
• Legal contract that includes a breakdown of materials to be provided (Shell count with shell sizes as well as cake quantity with total cake shots, etc.)
